Membership
Accounts are granted to members of the Cocchini family and to those connected to it by marriage or research. A keeper reviews every request. Accounts are personal and should not be shared.

The conditions of the house
A small set of rules keeps the archive trustworthy: sources behind claims, care for the living, and the family's material kept within the family.
Contributions
Anything you send to the archive — a photograph, a letter, a recollection — is reviewed by a keeper before it appears. By contributing you confirm you have the right to share the material and you allow the family to keep and display it within this archive.
Evidence
Records carry a standing: verified, documented, or research in progress. Nothing is presented as proven without a source behind it. Corrections are welcome and are checked against the documents before the tree is changed.
Use of material
The archive is for family and scholarly use. Please do not republish family photographs, documents or details of living relatives elsewhere without asking the keepers first.
Living relatives
Respect the privacy of the living. Do not add details about another living person — an address, a health matter, a private dispute — to any page or contribution.
Closing an account
A member may close their account at any time. Historical records remain part of the archive; a member's own page is removed with them.
